I am a lawyer with expertise in food and wine law, member of the Trento Bar Association.

After graduating with first class honors in Law at the University of Trento, I started my professional career at the Law Firm Luongo Sartori Donini Urciuoli, mainly dealing with public procurements, urban planning, commercial law, contract law, trademarks and consumer protection.

Therefore, I decided to dedicate myself to a path of professional growth in such sector, during which I was lucky to meet, and have as a guide, some of the top experts in the field, namely Professor Orazio Olivieri (University of Rome Tor Vergata) and Professor Vito Rubino (University of Eastern Piedmont).

At present, my Firm is mainly dedicated to assisting Italian and European food companies, for all issues related to the production, processing and trade of agricultural products as well as food, drinks and wine.

In addition to providing legal assistance to companies, I write for the specialized magazine “Alimenti & Bevande” (food and drink), and I provide training and teaching services to public and private entities.

I also organize professional training in the fields of agriculture and food processing at the Edmund Mach Foundation of San Michele all'Adige (Trento).

I am a Professional Partner, accreditated for the "Agri-food Law" sector, within the exclusive professional network "Partner 24 ORE Avvocati" of "Il Sole 24 Ore" (one of the most important Italian publishing groups).

I am a member of the Union of Jurists of the Vine and Wine (UGIVI - Unione Giuristi della Vite e del Vino) and of the Observatory on Agri-food and Wine Law (ODAV - Osservatorio del Diritto Agroalimentare e Vitivinicolo).

As a lawyer, it is my duty to act in compliance with the Italian Law No. 247 of 31 December 2012 (new Italian law on the legal profession), and with the Code of Conduct for Italian Lawyers.
